After Midnight Chocolate Martini – Wine Cocktail Series

Our After Midnight Chocolate Martini is inspired by the Gaido’s style chocolate martini famously served at Gaido’s Seafood Restaurant in Galveston, Texas. This decadent luscious cocktail is like dessert in a glass. Our After Midnight Mead is used in place of the half-and-half. Made from avocado blossom, this honey is jet black in color and is reminiscent of molasses minus the metallic notes. You know, the best part of molasses.
