Mead and Whisky Sour – Wine Cocktail Series

Try our version of a Sangria, a Spanish wine punch. Ours is made with peach nectar, cranberry juice, wine, and our Outback Mead.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Pinot Grigio or Sauvingnon Blanc 
  • 2 oz Dancing Skeleton Outback Mead
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Peach Nectar
  • 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Ice
  • Club Soda to top off
  • Strawberry or Raspberry and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a cocktail shaker add ice, wine, mead, peach nectar, cranberry juice, and lemon juice
  • Shake to chill.
  • Strain into rocks or wine glass over fresh ice
  • Top off with club soda and garnish
