Italian Focaccia Bread Take & Bake

Soft, delicious and impressive. Join us at the Meadery to learn how to make Italian Focaccia Bread. Chef Mike Ellis brings his talents back to our event space, where you can enjoy some delicious samples of this bread with a glass or flight of our meads, beers, wines and ciders. Create your artisan loaf in class and take it home to bake and enjoy fresh out of your own oven.

Under 21’s and those who do not wish to drink alcohol are welcome to participate in this class can enjoy our selection of soft drinks.

Chocolate Truffle Making Class

Kick off the Christmas season with our chocolate truffle making class. Indulge in the art of chocolate making with Chef Mike Ellis, as you sip on a glass of Mead or other drink of your choice. Learn about the history and varieties of chocolate truffles and produce your own creative confectionery. Take home your box of chocolates for a loved one, or indulge in your handiwork at the class!
